In this episode, I, KP, talk about my experience with anxiety all the way from before mental health was "accepted" in our society--before it was cool ;) Growing up, we were still taught that struggling with your mental health wasn't something you wanted to show the world and, as a result, this has impacted me in a very specific way. I didn't truly know myself until I learned to accept my anxiety, and because I didn't know myself, I didn't know what I needed for many years. I share my journey with anxiety across my lifetime up until now (how it manifested, how it impacted my relationships, etc.) and how the ways I've coped have helped or worsened it, all with an intention to help you on your journey.
